1 Overview

SMRT ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the SMRT mobile application, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

By using SMRT, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2 Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve the app:

We do not collect your full name, phone number, precise location, financial information, or any other sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.

3 Authentication

SMRT uses Firebase Authentication (provided by Google LLC) to manage user sign-in. When you create an account, Firebase stores your email address and a hashed credential on Google's secure infrastructure. We never store or see your raw password.

For more details, see the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation.

4 Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data, including:

Analytics data is anonymized and never linked to your personal identity. You may opt out via your device's privacy settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Google Settings → Ads → Delete advertising ID).

5 Advertising

SMRT is free to play and supported by ads served by Google AdMob (publisher ID: ca-app-pub-7274795186924217). AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to deliver personalized ads.

iOS users: When you first open SMRT, we request permission to use your device's advertising identifier via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you decline, AdMob will serve non-personalized ads only. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Google's advertising data practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

6 Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Firebase Analytics retains aggregated event data for up to 14 months, after which it is automatically purged.

If you delete your account (see section 7), all personally identifiable data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

7 Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly within the app:

  1. Open SMRT and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm when prompted.

Upon confirmation, your credentials and all linked data are permanently and irreversibly deleted from Firebase Authentication and our database.

You may also request deletion by emailing moh.ayman.93@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

8 Children's Privacy

SMRT is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable digital age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently done so, we will delete it promptly.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at moh.ayman.93@gmail.com.

9 Third-Party Services

SMRT integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

We are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

10 Contact Us

If you have questions, concerns, or privacy requests, please reach out:

We will respond to all privacy-related inquiries within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of SMRT after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
